If you will be noticed in such activity, your account will be blocked until we come to an agreement. Anyway, you cannot use our service for any activity prohibited by the law.

Legal

Please always keep it in mind: WE are NOT violating any copyright laws. We DON'T create a software that breaks CAPTCHA on any site. We just recognize CAPTCHAs that YOU give to us and YOUR activity must be legal. We do everything we can to prevent illegal use of our service.

Spam

You cannot use our service to spam anyone.

Terms of service

You cannot use our service to violate any Terms of Service on any website.

Viruses

You cannot use our service in viruses, trojans, or other malicious software or involve it in any activity that can cause our servers to be blacklisted. In case of violation, your account will be terminated without any refund.

Blocking

We can block your account anytime and write you an email (if we consider that your activity is suspicious). After we come to an agreement, your account will be unblocked. We block accounts very-very seldom, usually we email first.

Logging

We log all the requests with IP addresses. We guarantee that we'll not show logs to anyone, except of cases you violate these Terms of Use.

Agreement

Purchasing our service means that you accept these Terms of Use.

Termination

We'll do our best to inform you in case of our service termination. You will have a week to use your CAPTCHAs, after this week no refund will me made.

Refunds

We'll give you a refund if and ONLY IF we terminate the agreement without any warning. We do it very seldom. If you use possibility to mark error CAPTCHAs, it's our full right to give you partial refund, or not to give it at all if CAPTCHAs you sent to us are unclear. It's our right to say that CAPTCHAs are unclear.

Source code

You can use our source code as you like, there's only several limitations: you cannot use our source code with another captcha bypass service. By using our source code you guarantee that your product doesn't violate any law.
